Travelogue 1: Bukit Tinggi!

A memorable day!

One day, I was intrigued to go on a vacation. So I made plans to travel with Bae. It was a short getaway as we are both still busy studying. It was a stress releasing trip. We went to this place in Pahang, Malaysia which is called Bukit Tinggi. We drove there, and it is not far away from Kuala Lumpur. An approximate time taken of an hour will get you there. There are charges to go into the place. Do a quick check on charges, I forgot how much it was. Teehee!

So here we are. At our own French Village of Malaysia. The view is great and the weather is so much nicer comparing to the usual steamy and hot KL. This is the entrance of the village. Took loads and loads of pictures together but mostly HER!!! Hahaha girlssssss.

At the bottom of the bridge, there is this small little pond. There are geese here! As a city boy, I have never been near animals, well except those domestic pets. This was a good experience where I took a picture of it quickly. Like a kid!!! When it swam close enough, I got a chance to pat it. :P Hehe

We were this close to the goose. The other one didnt seem to enjoy taking a picture I guess. 2 Human and 2 goose. After this, we went in to have a walk in the French Village. It was a nice and calming scene. The scenery was very very nice to take pictures.

King Youeat!!! (Ignore the big butt! :P )

The whole township is very alike with those in Fairytales. Soothing and Magical! And they have hotels here which have very nice ambience as well. We didnt stay here though. Here another picture of us before we move to another part of Bukit Tinggi.

Sitting on a wishing well, wishing time would stood still.

We then went to the Japanese Village. This Japanese Village needs a certain exercise to reach. As they need us to climb some stairs and hills to reach. But not doubt, worth the sweat.

This is the first thing you will see when you reach the Japanese Village.

Here is me monkeying around. Climbing up here and there when I have the chance. Me and my peace sign :P After this, there are some climbings to do before reaching the Village. Along the way you will see trees with tags on their body, with their scientific name displaying. Treasure them, they provide us with Oxygen!!!

River flowing down from the Village. We are near!

The Japanese Village has a house that rents traditional Japanese Clothing for people to take pictures. We did not try because it was kinda pricey. So we went ahead, for some more sight seeing.

That is how the houses in Japanese Village looks like. Very vintage. And there is a lot of Koi fish in the pond behind me.

Here is the big round bamboo window from the vintage japanese house. And a pretty.

The whole trip was awesome as you get to see alot of nature. And you would not have expected we have this in Malaysia. Great experience and such a lovely place.

This is the end of my first travelogue. Will be posting more if you all like it!!!

See You Soon!!!
