It was super tough for me. Keep wanting to slack. After the last posts, I went out for a run. And thats it, it feels like HELL. HAAHAH then luckily I have a Trainer in gym to help me with some weight. I think for the whole week, I exercised 4 times. 1 running 1 cycling and 2 gym. Oh well, at least now I am back to the weight i want. Now concentrate back on stamina. This is how i progressed for a week.
